Victoria naturally studies the beauty of the sea scape, loving and breathing the atmospheric changes the wonderous sea provides. In every painting there is a scene that the viewer can relate to from the past and they can relive . As the daylight changes on the actual painting the interpretation alters and mood changes . 

Victoria's happy place is being by the sea, together with a passion for Mother Earth and our beautiful planet , there is a deep understanding and deep respect for the power of the sea and the ambience it creates. 
 

Victoria grew up alongside the beautiful south coast of the UK . The sea represents to her a safe haven and a happy place.  Meditation and healing.

She believes it can be communicated through art too.  Her own expression shines through. 

 

Victoria does not paint en plain air but instead almost paints with eyes closed and heart open, drawing from experience and mood . 

Painting in high quality acrylic which provides the lustre, consistency and movement she requires.  Using layers of paint she builds them up to produce a story , a movement of air, light, mystery.  The viewer is able to interpret the scene as they want to see it.
